Deleting your data

Hanuman is a personal assistant that people message on WhatsApp. This page explains what data Hanuman keeps about you and how to have it deleted.

What we store

We only store data for people who message Hanuman and are approved to use it:

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name.
• The messages you send to Hanuman and the replies it sends you.
• Reminders or scheduled tasks you ask Hanuman to create, and questions it is waiting for you to answer.
• A record of which replies were delivered to you.

Messages from people who are not approved are not processed or stored. We do not use Facebook Login and do not access your Facebook account or profile.

How we use it

Your data is used only to answer your messages and carry out the tasks you ask for. It is kept on our own server and is never sold or shared for advertising. To write replies, your messages are processed by our AI model provider, Anthropic, under its API data policies.

How to request deletion

What deletion covers

Deletion removes your number, profile name, conversation history, reminders, pending questions and delivery records from our systems. It does not affect copies kept by WhatsApp itself, which are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
